Growing up in a family of talented painters, I was always surrounded by colors, brushes, and canvases. My father, a great painter himself, was my first teacher, passing down his love for art to both my sister and me. Painting was a natural part of my life, something that felt as essential as breathing.
I was born in San Fernando, Cádiz, in the south of Spain, a place where the light and the sea shape everything. My interests have always been divided between two passions: sports and painting. Professionally, I dedicated my career to fitness, working as a coach, consultant, and personal trainer. But no matter how far I went into the world of sports, painting was always there—waiting. In recent years, I have returned to it with renewed focus, embracing watercolor as my primary medium and constantly evolving my own artistic style.
Unlike the traditional fast and loose wet-on-wet watercolor approach, my work follows a different path. Light and shadow are the heart of my paintings—they define the atmosphere, bring depth, and create a sense of presence in each scene. My use of color and contrast is deeply intentional, shaping the way I see and interpret the world around me.
From the sunlit streets of bustling cities to the tranquil blues of the ocean, my work captures the essence of the places I love. Whether impressionist or realist, every piece I create is a reflection of my connection to light, color, and the landscapes that inspire me.
